Join us to make music together!
We represent three fine local ensembles
that bring music to greater Langley.
Opus One Women’s Choir
Senior Opus Singers
Langley Concert Band

Opus One Women’s Choir
The choir, founded in 2011, sings two-, three- and four-part music in a variety of styles. There is no audition and no experience necessary…only the love of singing! Music and practice tracks are provided, and the choir practices on Wednesday nights from 7:00-9:00pm. Members are accepted in September for the December performance, and again in January for the May concert.
Brenda Wilson conducts the current group of about 30 singers of all ages. Recent concerts have included everything from Broadway show tunes to 40’s Swing and Canadian Composers. This fun and welcoming group is sure to make your heart sing.

Senior Opus Singers
Senior Opus Singers is open to anyone interested in singing in a friendly, relaxed environment. The goal is to keep the rehearsing to a minimum while spending much of our time singing at various seniors’ centres and housing complexes and other community events.
We sing a variety of music; mostly familiar songs from the 1930s until more recent times. Some titles include “Bye Bye Blackbird,” “Perry Como Medley” and “Edelweiss,” just to name a few. SOS is open to women who are available during the day. No previous choir experience is necessary . . . just the willingness to share your love of singing with others.
